About the Role

ClickUp is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate growth across the UAE and MENA market. You will own enterprise deals end-to-end, helping large organisations transform their productivity with ClickUp’s all-in-one project management and collaboration platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close for UAE/MENA accounts
  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise deals (500+ seat organisations)
  • Conduct compelling product demos and executive-level presentations
  • Collaborate with solutions engineers and customer success on enterprise deals
  • Negotiate and close complex multi-year contracts
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quota targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record closing $100K+ deals in MENA markets
  • Strong knowledge of productivity, project management, or collaboration tools
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Self-directed with ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
