Digital Performance & Media Operations Specialist – Ecommerce (3C/MEA)
Performance & GTM Lead: Drive digital performance for 3C product launches and daily sales across MEA markets to hit ROAS and CPA targets.
Cross-functional Campaigns: Collaborate with internal departments to lead major promotional campaigns (White Friday, Ramadan) and New Product GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conversion Strategy: Execute lower-funnel tactics, including retargeting, abandoned cart recovery, and high-intent audience scaling for high-value tech products.
- WhatsApp Ecosystem: Lead the “Conversation-to-Sale” journey via WhatsApp Business API, managing chatbot flows and automated lead qualification.
- Technical Operations: Oversee tracking integrity (GTM, Meta CAPI, GA4) and diagnose attribution discrepancies to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Data & Insights: Build performance dashboards to provide actionable insights on creative efficiency and cross-market competitiveness.
