Puffy, the rapidly growing direct-to-consumer sleep brand, is hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Manager for its Dubai office. With strong global momentum and ambitious Middle East expansion plans, Puffy offers an established brand, a healthy marketing budget and genuine room to innovate.
About the Role
You will own Puffy’s digital marketing efforts across the UAE and wider GCC — paid acquisition (Google, Meta, TikTok), SEO, CRM/email and affiliate channels. You’ll set KPIs, manage agency partners, analyse performance data weekly, and report directly to the regional marketing director.
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience ideally in e-commerce or DTC retail
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic buying and email platforms
- Strong grasp of e-commerce analytics (GA4, Shopify, attribution models)
- Creative eye — able to brief designers and copywriters for high-converting creatives
- Experience in multicultural markets is a strong plus
