Puffy, a premium direct-to-consumer sleep brand, is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for their Dubai office to drive performance marketing and brand growth across the MENA region. This is an exciting onsite role in one of Dubai’s most exciting e-commerce companies.

About the Role

As Digital Marketing Manager at Puffy, you’ll take full ownership of paid acquisition channels — Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and affiliates — while collaborating with the content, creative, and analytics teams to optimise conversion and ROI. You’ll manage substantial advertising budgets, run A/B tests, analyse funnel data, and iterate rapidly to hit ambitious growth targets. Puffy is scaling aggressively across MENA and this role is a critical driver of that growth, offering strong compensation and real ownership.

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years in performance/digital marketing with direct responsibility for paid media budgets
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok for Business, and affiliate platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools
  • E-commerce or DTC brand experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
