About the Role
Black & Grey HR is partnering with one of the UAE’s established construction and infrastructure companies to hire an experienced Digital Engineer for their Technical & Digital Delivery team. The role will focus on developing, implementing, and supporting digital and computational engineering solutions across projects and business functions within a main contracting environment. The ideal candidate will work across software development, automation, computational design, Power BI, AI-enabled solutions, BIM/data integration, and enterprise applications, ensuring that digital solutions meet business, engineering, quality, security, and performance requirements.
Software Development & System Integration:
Develop, maintain, and support desktop applications, web applications, engineering tools, APIs, and system integrations using C#, Python, SQL, and related development frameworks.
Integrate engineering applications, enterprise platforms, BIM systems, and Microsoft technologies to improve information flow and digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support software interoperability and system integration across engineering and business platforms.
- Computational Engineering & Design Automation:
- Develop computational engineering workflows using Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python, C#, and other visual programming or scripting technologies.
- Create parametric and generative design solutions, automated model-checking processes, and design-validation routines.
