Dyson—the global engineering and technology brand renowned for its relentless innovation—is hiring a Data Intelligence Machine Learning Engineer for its new Data Intelligence team in Dubai. This is a rare opportunity to solve complex data-centric AI challenges that directly power the next generation of Dyson’s connected devices and intelligent products.
About the Role
You’ll design and implement in-house tools to automate data labelling pipelines, dramatically reducing reliance on manual annotation. Using Active Learning, Weak Supervision (Snorkel, Cleanlab), and Synthetic Data Generation techniques, you’ll bridge the gap between raw data collection and model-ready datasets at scale. You’ll also build Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows, quality assurance systems, and fine-tune teacher models to generate pseudo-labels for student models.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of ML engineering experience focused on data-centric AI, computer vision, or NLP pipelines
- Expert Python skills with mastery of PyTorch/TensorFlow, NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn
- Proven experience with Weak Supervision (labelling functions) or Active Learning strategies
- Data engineering expertise: SQL/NoSQL databases and large-scale unstructured data management
- Familiarity with cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML) and DVC
Why Dubai?
Joining Dyson’s Dubai-based Data Intelligence team means working alongside brilliant engineering minds on problems that matter—with the UAE’s tax-free salary structure and vibrant innovation ecosystem as added incentives.
