About the Role
As a Data Engineer Graduate, you will work within ByteDance’s Corporate Information System team, building and maintaining robust data pipelines and infrastructure that power business-critical applications. You will collaborate with senior engineers to design scalable ETL processes, ensure data quality, and help the organisation make faster, smarter decisions.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field (2026 graduation)
- Solid foundation in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Java, or Scala)
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Flink) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
