Grandiose, one of the UAE’s fastest-growing premium supermarket chains, is on the lookout for an experienced CRM Manager to lead its customer relationship and loyalty strategy. This on-site Dubai role is an excellent opportunity to shape how one of the country’s most beloved retail brands connects with its customers at scale.

About the Role

You’ll own the full CRM lifecycle—designing and executing targeted communication strategies across email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty programme touchpoints. Working closely with marketing, buying, and technology teams, you’ll leverage customer data to drive personalisation, improve retention, and maximise lifetime value across Grandiose’s growing store network and digital channels. This is a data-driven, high-impact role with board-level visibility.

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of CRM management experience, ideally in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar)
  • Proven ability to design customer segmentation models, journey automation, and A/B testing frameworks
  • Experience managing loyalty programme operations including points mechanics and tier structures
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and marketing analytics dashboards
