Role Description
The Community Manager at OVI is the heartbeat of the co-working space — welcoming members, curating experiences, driving membership sales, and ensuring that every day at OVI is productive, inspiring, and community-rich. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves people and is passionate about building meaningful professional environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the co-working space and member experience
- Onboard new members and ensure smooth integration into the community
- Plan and execute community events, workshops, and networking activities
- Drive membership sales, renewals, and upsells to meeting rooms and private offices
- Handle member inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and warmly
- Maintain high standards for space cleanliness, functionality, and ambiance
- Manage vendor relationships and facility needs in coordination with the ops team
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in community management, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and community building
- Sales experience — ability to convert leads and manage membership pipelines
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems
- Experience in co-working, hospitality, or real estate is preferred
