Aurumaxis Labs is an AI-native software studio that builds custom software and AI systems powering critical business operations. The team delivers internal tools, operations platforms, web and mobile applications, and AI agents and automation for high-impact workflows. Each build is produced by an orchestrated system of specialized AI agents, with senior engineers overseeing scope and signing off on every release. This approach enables Aurumaxis Labs to ship production-grade software quickly while maintaining strong quality standards and clear accountability. The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping the strategic direction, growth, and culture of Aurumaxis Labs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, involving close teamwork with the engineering, product, and operations teams to define the company roadmap and build scalable AI-native software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, leading client conversations, and refining the studio’s positioning in the market.
