As a Claims Payment Processor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of healthcare claims payments, supporting providers, payers, and clients across our network. As a Claims Payment Processor, you’ll be expected to handle managing critical payment and reporting processes that support our healthcare claims operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and sending processed claims reports to payers within agreed turnaround times.
Processing provider payments and Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs) accurately and on schedule.
Recording and reconciling financial transactions while ensuring appropriate supporting documentation is maintained.
