We’re looking for an experienced
to play a pivotal role in this journey. This is not a traditional maintenance leadership position. It is an opportunity to establish the maintenance, reliability and asset management strategy for a new multi-technology manufacturing operation, influencing everything from equipment commissioning and factory ramp-up to long-term operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- You will lead maintenance across advanced manufacturing technologies including
- MCB Assembly, Plastic Injection, PCBA and automated production systems
- , building the systems, processes and teams that will support world-class manufacturing performance for years to come.
- Define and deploy a standardized maintenance and reliability strategy across a highly automated manufacturing campus.
