About the Role
We are looking for Camp Boss to join our team.
Manage and supervise all aspects of camp operations, including housekeeping and facility maintenance
Monitor and manage camp staff attendance and performance; address personnel or disciplinary issues as needed.
Coordinate with HR/Admin for room allocations, check-in/check-out processes, and transport logistics for workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the health, safety, and security of all residents in compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall camp condition.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale labor accommodations, ideally within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of camp health, hygiene, and safety protocols.
