The Role
We’re on the hunt for a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Commercial team and help scale growth. This is an outbound sales role focused on identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new opportunities through cold-calling, email, social outreach, and other channels. Package Qashio’s value proposition and tailor it to industry and business function. Actively seek and secure qualified appointments for Account Executives. Maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM. Exceed monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
Requirements
1-2 years of B2B sales or business development experience. Strong phone and email communication skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient to rejection. Familiarity with spend management or fintech is a plus. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM.
