The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. The successful candidate will report directly to the Commercial Manager.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities across target market segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial client contact through to contract signing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and real estate brokers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
