We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fintech and trading space
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects across the MENA region
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with institutional and retail clients
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Skills Required
- 3+ years of business development or sales experience in fintech/FX/trading
- Strong network of contacts in the UAE financial services sector
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of financial markets, forex, CFDs, or crypto products
- Results-driven with strong commercial acumen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications or experience in Sales are advantageous.
