Role Description

As BDM for Abu Dhabi, you will drive new business acquisition for Qashio’s spend management platform across SMEs, mid-market, and enterprise segments. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to close — and play a key role in establishing Qashio’s presence in the Abu Dhabi market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new B2B accounts across Abu Dhabi
  • Run product demos and solution presentations for finance and C-suite stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to signed contracts
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets and activity KPIs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM
  • Collaborate with customer success for smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Identify market opportunities and provide competitive intelligence

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or financial services
  • Proven track record of closing new business and hitting targets
  • Strong network within the Abu Dhabi business community
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to CFO/CEO audience
  • CRM proficiency and data-driven sales approach
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
