About the Role
Vakson Development is seeking a Building Supervisor for residential property management in Dubai. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential buildings, ensuring facilities are well-maintained, tenant needs are addressed, and all regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and maintenance of residential buildings
- Coordinate with maintenance contractors, cleaning services, and security teams
- Respond promptly to tenant requests and resolve facility issues
- Conduct regular building inspections and ensure safety compliance
- Manage building records, service schedules, and occupancy documentation
- Liaise with Dubai Municipality and relevant authorities as required
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in building supervision or facilities management
- Knowledge of Dubai/UAE residential property regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
