Al Khayyat Investments (AKI), one of the UAE’s most respected diversified holding groups, is looking for a talented Brand Manager (Consumer) to drive the growth and positioning of their consumer brands in Dubai.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be the guardian of AKI’s consumer brand identity — developing annual brand plans, managing product launches, overseeing agency relationships, and monitoring brand health metrics. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to shape how millions of consumers experience AKI’s portfolio across the UAE and wider GCC.
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of brand management experience in FMCG or consumer goods
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, market research, and brand equity metrics
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and creative agency partnerships
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in P&L management and budget control
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
