About the Role
Revolut is looking for a Business Development Manager for Card Payments to drive merchant acquiring and card payment solutions across the UAE and MENA region. This is a high-impact commercial role for a payments specialist who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new merchant and business clients for Revolut’s card payment solutions
- Develop and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise payment deals
- Build strategic partnerships with merchants, retailers, and payment platforms
- Negotiate commercial agreements and onboarding terms
- Collaborate with product teams to tailor payment solutions to client needs
- Track market trends and competitive landscape in UAE card payments
Requirements
- 4+ years of business development or sales experience in payments or fintech
- Strong knowledge of card payments, merchant acquiring, or POS solutions
- Established network in the UAE merchant or retail ecosystem
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote role
