The Role
We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with expertise in ETL pipelines and distributed systems to join our engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build high-throughput ETL pipelines and distributed data systems. Develop scalable backend services using Java, Go, and Python. Work with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and caching layers (Redis, Memcached). Build and optimize database schemas across MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch. Support CI/CD pipeline using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions. Handle systems with 100K+ QPS.
Required Skills
Java, Go, Python, C++. Kafka / RabbitMQ. Redis / Memcached. MySQL / PostgreSQL / NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch). Hadoop / Spark / Flink / ClickHouse. Docker / Kubernetes. Spring Cloud / Dubbo / gRPC. 5+ years backend engineering experience. Experience with high-concurrency, high-availability distributed systems.
