As B2B Growth Manager, you’ll drive the growth strategy by leading marketing and brand execution leading an existing team, managing our online and offline presence, and ensuring our messaging reflects the ambition and calibre of our work. You’ll own our digital touchpoints, growth playbooks and marketing campaigns—backed by data, research and insight.
You’ll also take responsibility for ensuring our successes, case studies and industry insights are regularly published and promoted—keeping our website and social channels fresh, consistent and ahead of the game. Your work will directly support lead generation, client trust and reputation in both UK and Middle East markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor an existing team across different timezones.
- Develop and implement a growth strategy aligned with the business goals
- Identify market opportunities, partnerships, and positioning initiatives
- Build internal growth playbooks and templates to standardise brand, event and digital activities
