The upside for a the right person is straightforward: growing teams promote from within more often than mature ones. It’s a solid entry point for candidates who want regional exposure without giving up ownership of real work β you’re contributing, not observing.

Job Description
Our client is a forward-thinking investment firm based in Dubai, UAE, specializing in commercial enterprises and management. They focus on identifying and supporting high-potential businesses, providing strategic investment, and offering expert management services to drive growth and long-term success.

In a model where most code is written by coding agents (Claude Code), the engineer is expected to handle everything that determines whether that code is correct: architecture, service boundaries, specifications precise enough to put in place without guesswork, and review of every line those ships. This is a role for an engineer who already works AI-first β not for vibe coders.
Design services, data models, APIs and transactional boundaries from specified what’s needed.
Translate what’s needed into agent-executable task briefs β small enough to verify, large enough to be worth delegating.
Own and evolve the projectβs agent context: CLAUDE.md, coding conventions, architectural guardrails and test policy.
Review every diff seriously: data model, transaction and concurrency semantics, error handling, migrations, security and performance.
ATS Resume Tips for This Role
To get past Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for this Artificial Intelligence Engineer opening, tailor your resume with the pointers below:
- Include these keywords verbatim in your Skills and Experience sections: Python, Node.js, Docker, CI/CD, Git, SQL, JavaScript, React, AWS, Kubernetes. ATS parsers match exact strings, not synonyms.
- Use a single-column layout. Two-column resumes break parsers β text gets scrambled or dropped.
- Save as .docx or standard .pdf (not scanned/image PDF). Avoid text boxes, headers, footers, graphics.
- Use standard section headings: Experience, Education, Skills, Certifications.
- Mirror the exact job title (Artificial Intelligence Engineer) in your target role line where truthful.
- Quantify results with numbers, percentages, currency. Metrics improve ATS scoring and human review.
- Spell acronyms out once (e.g., Search Engine Optimization (SEO)) so parser catches both forms.
- Font: Arial, Calibri, or Times New Roman at 10-12pt. Fancy fonts can render as unreadable glyphs.
