About the Role
As Applied AI Engineer at Crossing Hurdles, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models tailored to specific client requirements, build robust data pipelines, and translate complex business problems into scalable AI-powered solutions. Working in a contract capacity, you’ll have significant autonomy and be expected to independently drive projects from scoping through to production delivery.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of applied machine learning experience with hands-on model development and deployment
- Strong Python skills with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- Experience building production data pipelines and MLOps workflows
- Excellent client communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
