About the Role
As AI/ML Engineer placed by Hays, you will take ownership of MLOps practices, model evaluation pipelines, and the deployment of production AI systems. You’ll work across the full AI lifecycle — spanning LLM fine-tuning and evaluation, agentic workflow orchestration, vision AI, and voice AI integration — within a fast-paced product environment where AI is core to the business proposition, not just a feature.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on ML engineering experience with production deployments
- Strong MLOps background with experience in model serving, monitoring, and evaluation pipelines
- Practical experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models) and agentic frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, with familiarity in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
