About the Role
You’ll design and build AI-powered agents and automated workflows that streamline operations across sales, marketing, and property management. You’ll work with cutting-edge frameworks — LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI APIs — to create multi-step agents that handle lead qualification, client communication, and reporting.
Key Requirements
- Solid Python engineering skills with experience building LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
- Understanding of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases
- Ability to deploy AI solutions as production-ready APIs or business system integrations
- Pragmatic, results-driven approach to AI engineering
