The AI & Digital Transformation Manager will lead and execute Jetex’s Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation strategy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- This role requires a hands-on AI professional who can identify business use cases, design and evaluate technical solutions, develop proof-of-concepts, and lead AI implementations through to production and measurable business impact.
- The position will work closely with business stakeholders and technology partners to translate operational requirements into scalable AI solutions that improve efficiency, guest experience, communication, and overall business performance.
- Develop and manage the organization’s AI and digital transformation roadmap in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Guest Experience, Customer Service, and other business functions.
