Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support financial reporting, consolidation, and audit processes. The role focuses on month-end close, intercompany accounting, IFRS-compliant reporting, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across financial deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, close checklists, and preparation of monthly reporting packs
- Assist in quarterly and annual financial reporting, including disclosure workings, schedules, casting, and cross-referencing
- Coordinate with auditors and manage external audit requirements, ensuring timely responses to queries and data requests
- Support group consolidation activities, including preparation and posting of intercompany elimination entries with proper audit trails
- Manage intercompany reconciliations, investigating variances and resolving open items within defined timelines
- Review and clear bank reconciliations, addressing outstanding reconciling items
- Oversee intercompany billing processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution
- Act as finance representative in the ICFR (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting) cycle, supporting documentation and remediation efforts
- Participate in ERP-related projects and finance process improvements
- Support ad hoc finance initiatives as required
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in finance/accounting, including ~3 years in external audit
- Partly or fully qualified accountant (CA / ACCA / CPA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience in financial close, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Oracle ERP preferred
- Exposure to consolidation tools or system implementations is an advantage
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skills
