you’ll own day-to-day bookkeeping and the month-end close for the group’s entities. you’ll make sure transactions are recorded accurately and on time, reconciliations are complete, and the financial information used by Finance and the wider business is correct at the source. Your work will feed directly into the Financial Controller’s and Finance Business Partner’s review and sign-off.
Own the end-to-end month-end close process and deliver it to the agreed timetable
Record day-to-day accounting entries accurately and on time. Perform bank, payroll, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare and post accruals, prepayments, and rental revenue journals. Keep up the Group Asset File and reconcile the fixed asset register monthly, including additions, disposals, and depreciation
Process supplier invoices through Dext, prepare AP invoices, monitor accounts receivable collections, and process payments
