Salesforce, the world’s #1 CRM platform and a leader in enterprise AI, is seeking an Account Solution Engineer to join its Dubai team. This is an exciting pre-sales role where you will help organisations across the Middle East unlock the power of Salesforce’s AI-driven platform.
About the Role
As Account Solution Engineer you will partner with the sales team to understand customer challenges, design tailored Salesforce solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations. You will translate complex business requirements into technical solutions — including AI-powered features like Einstein — and guide clients through proof-of-concept exercises and RFP responses.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role
- Strong knowledge of CRM, cloud platforms, and enterprise software
- Experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein AI) is highly desirable
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills — ability to demo complex solutions simply
- Prior experience in financial services, retail, or government verticals is a plus
