we’re looking for a careful Accounts Payable Officer to handle the venue’s supplier invoicing, payment processing, and financial recordkeeping with accuracy and full compliance.
Process supplier invoices, matching against purchase orders and delivery/receiving records.
Verify pricing, quantities, and approvals prior to payment processing.
Prepare and process timely, accurate supplier payments in line with agreed terms.
Keep up accurate AP ledgers and reconcile supplier statements monthly.
