About the Role
As Senior AI Engineer placed by Salt, you will design and implement autonomous agentic systems within real enterprise environments — building multi-agent architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and integrations with leading LLMs including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and open-source models. You’ll work at the forefront of enterprise AI, solving genuinely complex problems with high commercial stakes.
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with at least 2 years in LLM and agentic system development
- Hands-on experience building multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations
- Strong Python skills with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or equivalent agentic frameworks
- Experience deploying AI solutions in production enterprise environments
