About the Role
As Salesforce Technical Lead at IC Markets, you will govern code quality across the Salesforce platform, drive end-to-end development of mission-critical features, and lead a team of developers building enterprise-grade solutions for one of the world’s most active CFD trading platforms. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, scalable Salesforce architecture.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience including Apex, LWC, and Flows
- Experience in a technical lead or senior developer role within fintech or financial services
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and integration patterns
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications preferred
