About the Role
As Salesforce Technical Architect at Globant, you will design scalable multi-org enterprise architectures, lead complex Salesforce implementations, and spearhead the integration of Einstein AI capabilities into client solutions. You will serve as the technical authority on Salesforce best practices, mentoring development teams while engaging directly with C-level stakeholders to align technology strategy with business objectives.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on architecture design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Einstein AI
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent advanced certifications
- Proven track record delivering multi-org enterprise Salesforce implementations
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
