Hays is recruiting a hands-on AI/ML Engineer to own MLOps, evaluation, and deployment practices for a production AI platform built on LLMs, agentic workflows, vision AI, and voice AI — spanning the full AI lifecycle from evaluation to production.

Key Requirements
- 3–5 years in applied AI, LLMOps, MLOps, or similar technical AI roles
- Strong Python (FastAPI, async, type hints) and LLM application patterns (RAG, prompt engineering)
- Experience with RLHF, agent memory architectures, and AI observability tools (Langfuse/LangSmith)
- Hands-on with Vision Language Models (VLMs) and voice AI systems
- Understanding of model optimization: quantization, distillation, ONNX
