Logiswift Inc. is on the hunt for an exceptional Head of Software Engineering to lead a talented team of .NET and C# engineers building cloud-scale applications in Dubai. This is a strategic leadership role for a hands-on architect who wants to shape the technical direction of a growing logistics-tech company.
About the Role
As Head of Software Engineering you will own the entire engineering lifecycle — from architectural decisions and sprint planning to code quality and team mentorship. You will work closely with product, DevOps and data teams to deliver scalable, highly available solutions powering real-time logistics operations across the UAE and GCC.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering with at least 3 years in technical leadership
- Deep expertise in .NET / C# and cloud-scale design (Azure or AWS)
- Proven ability to hire, mentor and grow engineering teams
- Strong grasp of microservices, event-driven architecture and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication skills bridging engineering and business stakeholders
