Müller’s Solutions, a respected enterprise consulting partner in the UAE, is hiring a Senior AI Maturity & Readiness Consultant on a 6-month engagement in Dubai. This is a strategic role for consultants who can help organisations navigate their AI adoption journey with clarity and confidence.
About the Role
You will run AI maturity assessments for enterprise clients, define target operating models, build roadmaps, and advise on data, governance and change management considerations. Expect exposure to C-level stakeholders and complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of consulting or strategy experience with recent AI / data focus
- Experience running AI / data maturity assessments at enterprise scale
- Strong understanding of AI governance, data strategy and change management
- Excellent facilitation, workshop and executive communication skills
- Regional (GCC) consulting experience is a strong plus
