About the Role

You will plan, execute, and optimise paid performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels. Working closely with creative, analytics, and sales teams, you will own the performance marketing budget and drive measurable business growth for one of Dubai’s most prestigious free zone authorities.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid social platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Data Studio, or similar
  • Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets ($50k+)
  • Background in B2B marketing or professional services preferred
