About the Role
You’ll work on intelligent matching algorithms, NLP-powered resume screening, recommendation systems, and conversational AI features that power the Shine.com platform. You’ll collaborate with product and data teams to translate user needs into robust AI solutions.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with strong Python skills
- Experience with NLP, recommendation systems, or search and ranking algorithms
- Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Understanding of MLOps practices and production model deployment
- Strong analytical skills and passion for solving real-world problems with machine learning
