About the Role
You’ll spearhead the integration of artificial intelligence into Pearson’s core educational and enterprise platforms across the MEA region. You’ll drive AI-powered features in learning management systems and content delivery platforms, partner with global product and engineering teams, and mentor local AI talent.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years in software engineering or AI/ML roles, with experience leading innovation or platform modernisation
- Strong background in machine learning, NLP, or AI product development in production environments
- Experience with enterprise systems architecture and AI integration patterns
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or Engineering
