About the Role
As Director of RPA & Platforms at e& UAE, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and execution for robotic process automation and enterprise platforms. You’ll lead engineers and architects, manage vendor relationships, and work with business unit leaders to identify automation opportunities that reduce cost and accelerate operations.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of technology leadership with 3+ years leading RPA or enterprise automation programmes
- Deep expertise in RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere at enterprise scale
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams in complex organisations
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite influence experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
