About the Role
Lead and execute DIFC Courts’ paid, digital and conversion marketing capability, turning awareness into measurable enquiries, clause engagement, service registrations and partner sourced demand
Operate as a self-driven individual contributor within the marketing strategy, priorities, standards and budgets set by the Head of Marketing & Communications
Shape channel plans, control day to day media optimisation, and bring recommendations on investment allocation and demand generation opportunities to the Head of Marketing & Communications for decision
Lead partner marketing activation with free zones, government entities and ecosystem partners, working with the Growth and Partnerships function, which owns partnership strategy and relationship management
Key Responsibilities
- Performance and digital marketing (approximately 70 per cent of the role)
- Execute the annual and quarterly performance and digital marketing plans, translating the strategy, channel priorities, investment allocation, audience approach and measurement framework set by the Head of Marketing & Communications into delivery in line with the Courts’ five year strategy
- Lead and execute the planning, launch and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager as core channels, using YouTube, TikTok and programmatic channels where audience fit and approved plans justify them
- Own and execute the marketing measurement architecture across GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, campaign events, offline conversion data and the department’s UTM taxonomy, ensuring reliable attribution from campaign exposure through to qualified enquiry and completed registration
