Find important problems across Stella. Build dramatically better ways to solve them.
Key Responsibilities
- You might spend one week with Finance, the next with Operations, and the next looking at Guest Experience, Revenue or People.
- You’ll sit with teams, understand how the work actually happens, find the friction, and ask:
- Does this still need to be done this way?
- You’ll work across Stella to identify high-value problems and turn them into better systems, workflows and tools.
