Key Responsibilities
- to take full ownership of the day-to-day operations, team performance, customer experience, animal welfare, and overall performance of an assigned facility.
- Take full responsibility for the overall management and performance of the assigned facility.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a high-quality experience for pets and pet parents.
- Manage, supervise, train, and develop facility staff to achieve performance, productivity, and service targets.
