Job Description
Work closely with internal/external stake-holders to define data center operations and build Change Management procedures and tools, SOP and EOP of regional collocation DC facilities.
Technical leader managing team and consultants to put in place the data center operations in normal and emergency situations.
Technical leader managing the collocation DCs to make sure vendors are adhering to the SLAs per contractual terms.
Provide construction administrative support to the project manager during construction. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to help with new DC projects through schematic design, design development, to construction documents, and commissioning phases.
Provide and analyze energy efficient solutions to minimize power losses.
Review and build detailed scripts for change management request (CMR) activities.
