Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Executive is expected to handle managing customer invoicing, collections, cash application, account reconciliations, and maintaining healthy customer accounts
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments through emails, meetings and phone calls
Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
Monitor customer accounts and make sure adherence to agreed credit terms.
Keep up an updated Accounts Receivable aging report.
