The Chief Accountant oversees the hotelβs Income Audit, Revenue Assurance, Cost Control, and Inventory Management functions. The role ensures strong internal controls, accurate reporting, compliance with brand and regulatory standards, and seamless teamwork with operational departments. This position d irectly reports to the Director of Finance.
Oversee daily income audit for all revenue streams (Rooms, F&B, other departments, ancillary revenues).
Make sure accurate reconciliation between PMS, POS, payment terminals, interfaces, and the general ledger.
Review and approve daily revenue reports, control sheets, and summaries before submission to management.
