Job Description

Expanding rapidly, with a multi-million dollar performance marketing budget fuelling our growth.

GymNation is the Middle East’s fastest-growing fitness brand, and paid media is one of our biggest growth levers. We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer to plan, run and relentlessly optimise paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and beyond – with AI at the centre of how the job gets done.

You’ll work hand in hand with our fully in-house marketing, data and tech teams on the day-to-day execution of paid media across multiple markets: campaign builds, audience strategy, creative development, bidding, budget pacing, testing and reporting.

If you’re not already using AI every day in your work, at scale, please don’t apply.

We’re not looking for someone who uses ChatGPT to write ad copy a bit faster. That’s not what we mean by AI-first.

We mean someone who uses AI to create , to think , to automate and to check : Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β To build and test creative and copy that outperforms what the market is running. Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β To interrogate a full account export rather than eyeball a sample. Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β To QA a campaign build before it goes live and catch the broken UTM, the wrong conversion event, the budget set in the wrong currency. Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β To research an audience properly instead of guessing. Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β To understand why a number moved, instead of reporting that it did.

  3. Save as .docx or standard .pdf (not scanned/image PDF). Avoid text boxes, headers, footers, graphics.
  4. Use standard section headings: Experience, Education, Skills, Certifications.
  5. Mirror the exact job title (AI-First Performance Marketing Manager) in your target role line where truthful.
  6. Quantify results with numbers, percentages, currency. Metrics improve ATS scoring and human review.
  7. Spell acronyms out once (e.g., Search Engine Optimization (SEO)) so parser catches both forms.
  8. Font: Arial, Calibri, or Times New Roman at 10-12pt. Fancy fonts can render as unreadable glyphs.
