About the Role & Company

The Food and Beverage Group has an open Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role sits inside a Digital Marketing team that’s actively expanding its footprint in the region. In practice, that means faster feedback loops, more visible ownership, and less waiting your turn. The scope reads like a standard Digital Marketing Specialist brief on paper; in a growing team it usually stretches wider than the JD. Regionally, Dubai leads on both pay and visibility for digital marketing work; that hasn’t changed this year. Mid-career candidates can deepen technical range while picking up regional exposure. Early-career applicants get live problems from day one โ€” which beats training-heavy graduate schemes for anyone who learns by doing.

Key Requirements

  • 5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands in the UAE/GCC
  • Proven experience of content strategy, writing & planning
  • Strong copywriting & story telling experience
  • Real-world experience with email/CRM platforms and restaurant tech (SevenRooms, OpenTable, ETAP) is a plus

Job Description

we’re growing our Digital Marketing Team!

we’re hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to own the day-to-day digital performance of a portfolio of restaurant brands in Dubai. Your core focus is digital marketing – planning, running, and optimising paid and organic campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Snapchat, and reporting on results tied to reservations, covers, and orders. Around that core sit two skills that make you strong at it: content writing (ads, captions, emails, landing pages in each brand’s voice) and content design (creating and adapting assets in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite). You can move from writing a caption to reading a ROAS report to briefing a designer in the same afternoon.

Organic Social Strategy – Own the monthly publishing calendars for each brand across Instagram and TikTok – deciding what goes out, when, and why, and ensuring a consistent balance of food, people, venue, and promotional content.

Content Writing – Write all campaign and channel copy: ad headlines and primary text, social captions, email/newsletter campaigns, landing page copy, offer and promotion copy, and Google Business posts – adapted to each brand’s distinct tone of voice.

Content Design – Design and adapt campaign assets (statics, carousels, stories, and simple motion graphics) in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; resize and version master creative for every placement; and write clear creative briefs for larger projects.

Performance Reporting – Track and report weekly and monthly on the KPIs that matter – reach, engagement, CTR, CPA, ROAS, reservations, and delivery orders – building clear dashboards and turning the numbers into concrete recommendations for the next cycle.

ATS Resume Tips for This Role

To get past Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for this Digital Marketing Specialist opening, tailor your resume with the pointers below:

  1. Include these keywords verbatim in your Skills and Experience sections: SEO, Google Analytics, Content Strategy, Copywriting, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, HubSpot, Marketing Automation. ATS parsers match exact strings, not synonyms.
  2. Use a single-column layout. Two-column resumes break parsers โ€” text gets scrambled or dropped.
  3. Save as .docx or standard .pdf (not scanned/image PDF). Avoid text boxes, headers, footers, graphics.
  4. Use standard section headings: Experience, Education, Skills, Certifications.
  5. Mirror the exact job title (Digital Marketing Specialist) in your target role line where truthful.
  6. Quantify results with numbers, percentages, currency. Metrics improve ATS scoring and human review.
  7. Spell acronyms out once (e.g., Search Engine Optimization (SEO)) so parser catches both forms.
  8. Font: Arial, Calibri, or Times New Roman at 10-12pt. Fancy fonts can render as unreadable glyphs.
