As the business continues to expand its AI capability, they’re looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI solutions that solve complex business challenges.
This is a highly hands-on engineering role where you’ll take ownership of AI features throughout the full software development lifecycle, working alongside product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and commercially impactful solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI applications using modern machine learning and Generative AI technologies
Key Responsibilities
- Build scalable AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI frameworks to solve real-world business challenges
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust, production-ready solutions
- Drive technical decision-making, optimise AI systems based on production performance, and promote engineering best practices across the team
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including significant hands-on experience delivering AI solutions into production
